Princess Hall; It was built in 1897-8 with gothic style with pitch pine woodwork covering an innovative steel frame. Holds up to 220 banquet style and 800 theatre style. This hidden gem will bring the “WOW” effect to your event as your guests arrive to the venue.
Garden Common Room; Holds up to 100 banquet style and 150 theatre style.
Marble Corridor and Lower Hall ; Marble Corridor is 310 feet long and very arts and crafts in style leading up to the Lower Hall with a capacity of 200 theatre style and 120 banquet style.
Catering and Technical Facilities; All the above venues come with WIFI, screen & projector, top quality sound and lighting system. We provide catering from tea & coffee to 3-course sit down dinner in each venue.
Location and Parking spaces; Cheltenham Ladies’ College is located in the heart of Cheltenham, 5 mins walk from town centre , 3 mins walk from the main bus station and 15 mins walk from the train station. We provide large number of car parking spaces depending on the day and the scale of the event.

Parabola Arts Centre ; The state of the art theatre boasts a capacity of 315 across two levels, while also offering rehearsal spaces, two galleries, three dressing rooms, five breakout rooms and a dance studio. The auditorium itself is wonderfully proportioned, resonant and atmospheric, making it the ideal venue for performing arts, conferences, festivals and presentations.
Dance Studio; Holds up to 80 theatre style across 11.9m (length) x 6.2m (width).
Royal House Meeting Rooms; Our most popular meeting rooms for company meetings & trainings. Total capacity of 30 people across two rooms included free WIFI, large TV and a laptop for presentations, flipchart, pads & pens and water.
Company away days;
Health & Fitness Centre Function Room; Holds up to 160 theatre style and 150 banquet style. The function room also provides AV facilities such as WIFI, laptop and screen & projector. Once you had your conference / training session in the morning you can enjoy your delicious work lunch followed with tea & coffee and that’s when the fun part of the day starts: Team Build up Activities! We provide a 25m swimming pool, dance studio, squash courts, tennis courts, indoors climbing as well as yoga & pilates classes.
