The Cheltenham Ladies’ College box office system is coming soon.
The nearest public car park is located on St George’s Road, approximately a five-minute walk from our venues. Limited on-street parking is also available nearby.
Please note that Cheltenham Ladies’ College does not provide public parking for either venue.
The Parabola Arts Centre has level access via the side entrance on Parabola Road, leading into the foyer and auditorium. The auditorium can accommodate up to four wheelchair users and carers.
The Princess Hall has level access via the Garden Gate, located to the left of the main reception steps on Bayshill Road.
Please report to main reception on arrival, where our receptionist or duty manager will assist, as this entrance is kept locked and requires staff access.
A bottle bar is available in the foyer and will typically open approximately 30 minutes prior to the performance and during the interval (show permitting).

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests:
The use of recording equipment, photography, or video is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.
Mobile phones must be switched off during performances.
Audience members are expected to behave considerately at all times. Disruptive patrons may be asked to leave.
Rude, abusive, or drunken behaviour will not be tolerated.
Bags brought into the venue may be subject to a security check.
Lost property is held for two weeks. Please contact the Commercial Events Manager to arrange collection.
Unless attending performances aimed at children aged five and under, parents are asked not to bring children to productions not suitable for their age.
Any ticketing issues remain the responsibility of the producer and customer. The venue does not accept responsibility for ticket transactions or errors.
