Box Office

All events listed on our website are independently produced and manage their own box office and ticketing.

If you have a query regarding tickets, refunds, or exchanges, please contact the event organiser directly via their ticketing provider. All information published on our website is supplied by the producer and is correct at the time of listing.

The Cheltenham Ladies’ College box office system is coming soon.


Parking

The nearest public car park is located on St George’s Road, approximately a five-minute walk from our venues. Limited on-street parking is also available nearby.

Please note that Cheltenham Ladies’ College does not provide public parking for either venue.


Accessibility

Parabola Arts Centre

The Parabola Arts Centre has level access via the side entrance on Parabola Road, leading into the foyer and auditorium. The auditorium can accommodate up to four wheelchair users and carers.

Princess Hall

The Princess Hall has level access via the Garden Gate, located to the left of the main reception steps on Bayshill Road.

Please report to main reception on arrival, where our receptionist or duty manager will assist, as this entrance is kept locked and requires staff access.


Refreshments

Parabola Arts Centre

A bottle bar is available in the foyer and will typically open approximately 30 minutes prior to the performance and during the interval (show permitting).

Princess Hall

A bottle bar operates from the Garden Common Room (GCR) and will typically open approximately 30 minutes prior to the performance and during the interval (show permitting).

Please note: bar opening times are at the discretion of the venue.


Audience Expectations

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests:

  • The use of recording equipment, photography, or video is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.

  • Mobile phones must be switched off during performances.

  • Audience members are expected to behave considerately at all times. Disruptive patrons may be asked to leave.

  • Rude, abusive, or drunken behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Bags brought into the venue may be subject to a security check.

  • Lost property is held for two weeks. Please contact the Commercial Events Manager to arrange collection.

  • Unless attending performances aimed at children aged five and under, parents are asked not to bring children to productions not suitable for their age.

  • Any ticketing issues remain the responsibility of the producer and customer. The venue does not accept responsibility for ticket transactions or errors.
